Overview of ASTM B163 Incoloy 800H / N08810 Nickel Alloy Tube
ASTM B163 UNS N08810 (Incoloy 800H) is a nickel‑iron‑chromium seamless alloy tube widely used for condensers, heat exchangers, and high‑temperature service. Produced strictly to ASTM B163 standard, it is supplied in solution‑annealed condition for excellent creep strength, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance.
With controlled carbon content and stabilized Al/Ti, it performs reliably at temperatures up to 800°C, resisting oxidation, carburization, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. It features good mechanical properties, uniform wall thickness, and tight dimensional tolerances.
Widely applied in petrochemical reformers, power plant heat exchangers, industrial furnace components, and high‑temperature process piping, it ensures long service life under harsh thermal and corrosive environments.
